Connolly, John J. -  loving husband of Mary Lou "Lulu" (nee Roberge) for 47 years.  He passed peacefully from Rainbow Hospice of Amita Resurrection Hospital on June 19, 2021.  Beloved son of the late Patrick (County Galway, Ireland) and the late Mary (nee Horan), (County Kerry, Ireland);  beloved brother of Patrick (Maureen), Thomas, (the late Penny), Kevin (Susan Khury), and the late William (Kathy Smyers) and the late Michael (Bobbie Connolly Davis); generous and beloved uncle of 26 – Brian (Lynn), Keith (Rita), Colleen (Jeff), Christine, Steven (Sharon), Michael Scott (Ellen), Stephanie (Guillaume), Kelly (Brian), Michael John (Maureen), Danny (Michelle), Tom (Kelly), Ryan, Keegan, Kendall, John Weiss (Jackie), Peter Weiss, Sharon Kolchak, and the late Mark Roberge.  A loyal friend to many who shared a beer or six!  Valued employee for 35 years at Wells Fargo/ADT Alarm Services.  Please join us on Tuesday, June 22 from 5-8 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy in Park Ridge.  Interment private.
