John Boran, 89, died after a long struggle with Alzheimer's on Friday, October 27, 2017 in Park Ridge, Illinois.  He was born on February 26, 1928, to Harry and Marie in Chicago, Illinois.  After graduating from Lane Tech in Chicago, he served his country during WWII with the 33rd Infantry Signal Division as a radio operator, and then married Adeline Jendras in 1949.  Together they raised their three sons (Scott, Richard, and Daniel) in Park Ridge, Illinois.  John was a sales representative for 40 years selling printing inks.  He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Adeline, his son Scott, wife Barbara, and their children Travis and Ashley (Evan) and great-grandchildren Tillyan and Kinley; his son Richard, wife Karen, and their children Stephan and Michael (Elise); and his son Daniel.  Memorial services will be privately held.
