Jane Sabina Falasz, nee Kulinski, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother and father. Jane is survived by her husband of 47 years, Albert Falasz, her three children Amy (Brian) Falasz-Peterson, Kristin (John) Przekota, and Anthony (Leslie) Falasz, five grandchildren (John, Andrew, Will, Ella, and Nora), her three siblings, Frank Kulinski, Mary Kulinski and Chrissy Bychowski, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jane was born in Chicago on August 25, 1950. She attended Loyola University where she met the light of her life, Albert. They were married on July 6, 1974. They celebrated each moment raising three wonderful children. Al and Jane resided on the northwest side of Chicago where Jane was a beloved teacher and, later, Reading Specialist, at St. Viator Elementary School. She retired in 2010. In retirement, Jane enjoyed spending time with family, especially her five grandchildren.

Jane will be remembered for her amazing sense of humor and quick wit. She loved any kind of word puzzle and rather enjoyed schooling her children in cutthroat games of Scrabble. She also loved a card game, teaching her children early on how to play cards.

In accordance with her wishes, Jane will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to Bernie's Book Bank or Michael J. Fox Foundation.
