James Heneghan, 94 Of Seangorth Co. Mayo, Ireland passed away on Sunday May 14, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Dolores; loving father of Mary Pat (Joseph) Kohberger, Eileen (Brian) Stout, Thomas (Robin) Heneghan and James (MaryKay) Heneghan; adoring grandpa of Jimmy Kohberger, Murray Heneghan, Ted Heneghan, Finn Heneghan and Betsy Heneghan; uncle of Kevin (Erin) Heneghan; great uncle to Harper Roisin Heneghan; fond brother to Pat (Nora) Heneghan, Eileen Heneghan and Nancy Heneghan (Srah, Ireland). Proceeded in death by brother Thomas Heneghan (Srah, Ireland), sisters Mary Dorney and Catherine Heneghan; sisters-in-law, Nora Heneghan and MaryLou Smith.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge.
