Jacqueline Ann Mistrata- (nee Mayer) beloved wife of Philip; loving mother of Michael, Joanne, Philip (Janine) and Joseph Mistrata; proud and cherished grandmother of Samantha, Carissa, Charlie, Nicholas, Santino, Philipo, Louise, Kimberly, Katie and the late Justin; dear sister of Joanne (Joe) Grano and the late Susan (the late Jim) Semla. Memorial visitation Saturday April 23 at Cooney Funeral Home 625 Busse Hwy Park Ridge from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. Funeral service will be at 2:45 p.m. Interment private.
