Jacqueline "Jacx" Hockensmith Bickford, age 31, passed away suddenly on April 11, 2016 in Colorado. Beloved wife of Gene "Travis" Bickford, and loving mother of dearest son, Trent Bickford. Cherished daughter of Jeffrey (Susanna) Hockensmith and Claudia (Norman) Hockensmith; adored granddaughter of Harold Hockensmith and the late Alice Hockensmith, Helmut (Maryam) Krug and the late Ilse Krug; fond niece of Susan (Kevin) Long, Christina (Ferdinand) Weinhammer, James (Martha) Hockensmith and Steve Krug; cousin of Allison, Michael, and Sara; and a friend to many. Jacqueline graduated from: Bell Elementary School in 1999, Lincoln Park High School IB program in 2003, and earned her bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. Jacx was a loyal Cubs fan and a huge fan of the Smashing Pumpkins band! In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her son Trent's college fund sent to Jeff Hockensmith.
