Gertrude Fabiankovits passed away peacefully at home on 1/31/2022, a day after celebrating her 91st birthday. She was born in Austria to Heinrich & Ludmilla Jandl (nee Schagerl) and immigrated to the United States in 1956, where she settled in Chicago, Illinois. Beloved wife to the late Frank Fabiankovits; loving mother to the late Gerhardt, the late Sonya (the late Eddie) and the late Frank Fabian (Delia); loving sister and aunt to many in Austria & Switzerland; loving grandmother to Frankie (Anna), Nancy, Angie, Karl, Mackenzie, & Katelyn; loved and admired by many more.
