Frances Ann Kovarik, Ph.D., 75, of Chicago, IL. passed away on July 9, 2015. Beloved cousin of Darlene (Donald) Sikorski and Dr. Catherine Pesek (David) Bird. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago on Monday from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral services begin Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Clement Church, for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside,IL.
