Frances "Frankie" Rome (nee Bienkowski) Age 73, of Antioch, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on July 14, 2022. She was born on October 1, 1948 in Waukegan, IL at Victory Memorial Hospital. She attended North Chicago and Waukegan Public Schools and earned her cosmetology license at Mueller's Beauty School. She was a beautician for 47 years before retiring in October of 2014. Frankie was actively involved with her church and supported Love INC. in Waukegan, IL, as well as volunteered with The Henderson Settlement in Frakes, KY. She loved fishing and always looked forward to her trips on Kentucky Lake with her husband and friends. She was a proud parent and grandma who loved being with her family. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.

Frankie is survived by her beloved husband Charles of 35 years, son Glenn (Cynthia) Haynes, daughter Keely Haynes, grandchildren Riley Zawilenski and Caitlin Haynes, and sister Shawn (John) Russell, several cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as her 4-legged companions, Golden Retriever Andy, and Chesapeake Bay Retriever Sully. She is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Young, her father Casimir Blachowicz, sister LuAnn, brother James, and infant son Lance.

Visitation will be held at Memorial United Methodist Church in Zion on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life starting at noon.
