Dororhy Erbacci (Nee Demas) age 94 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 17th. Dorothy is survived by her children, Riccardo Erbacci, Anthony (Vicki) Erbacci, Angela (Craig) Farley, Athena (Jim) Brick, Justin (Katya) Erbacci, Anastasia (Jack) Cannon, William (Michele) Erbacci, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Dorothy was extraordinarily kind and did not have a selfish bone in her body. She devoted her life to being a loving wife to her husband of 69 years, Anthony Erbacci, and an amazing mother to their seven children. Dorothy's radiant smile, infectious laugh and unrelenting kindness made her unforgetable to everyone who met her and someone you enjoyed being around. Dorothy accepted everyone for who they were and did not judge. Her life serves as a paradigm of kindness that is missing in the world today and which we all should strive to follow. A seat at Dorothy's Sunday dinners was the most sought after event in Chicago. Anyone lucky enough to have attended one still boasts of the food they ate of course - but even more so about the feeling of love and comfort they experienced while in her presence.
