Daniel Michael Peters, age 63, of Waukegan, died Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Ann Kiley Developmental Center in Waukegan. Beloved son of the late Edmund and Dorothy (née Nicolaus) Peters, he was born June 22, 1962, in Evanston. Even with his disabilities and challenges, Danny's primary goal in life was to make everyone around him laugh.  He was enormously successful in this endeavor.  He was loved and considered to be legendary by those who graciously cared for him at the Ann Kiley Developmental Center. Dear brother of Edward (Madeline) Peters, Carol (Stephen) Malcom, James (Linda) Peters, and the late Raymond Peters; loving uncle of Kevin (Sarah), Andrew (Bailey), Ryan (Yesenia), Elizabeth, Jack, Benjamin, Katherine.
