Colleen Ann (nee Ryan) O'Malley, age 70, loving wife of Jim O'Malley, retired CPD; daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy; devoted mother of Jim (Kelly), Megan (Tom), Brendan (Gena), Kevin (Meghann); loving Nana of Jimmy, Mikey, Johnny, Morgan, Luke, Gavin, Connor, Annmarie, Liam, Maggie, and Jack; dear sister of the late Maureen, the late Dotty and the late Pat; cherished "outlaw" of the late John O'Malley, the late Hugh (the late Helen), the late Sr. Rosemary CSJ, Martin (the late Rachel), Sr. Kathleen CSJ, the late Bernadette (Thomas) Lynch, the late Suzanne (late Ray) Carolan, Patricia (Jim) Cahill, Michael, and the late Thomas; fond cousin, a great friend and cherished aunt of many. Colleen was devoted to her faith, family, and friends. She was able to share memories, stories, and laughter with her husband, children, nieces & nephews, and friends up until the end. Colleen was truly one of a kind and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-9 pm at Cooney's Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10 am at St. Juliana's 7201 N Oketo, Chicago.
