Obituary
Charles Robert Elkin, 53, of Chicago, passed away on June 30, 2017. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Carol; his children, Samantha and Jack; his siblings, Tracey (James) Sterner, Margery (Scott) Baum, Robert (Yvette), Daniel (Sharon), Terrence (Julia); many nieces and nephews.
