Betty Sullivan (Born Elizabeth Eileen Smith on December 17, 1932), 88, went to God in her sleep on January 31, 2021. Adoring spouse to the late Daniel T. Sullivan; cherished mother to Mary Beth Sullivan Coffey (Barry), Sharon Sullivan, Mary Anne Sullivan, and the late Daniel Sullivan; fond sister to the late Mary Ann Reding (late John), the late William Smith (late Helen), the late Catherine Woods (John), the late James Smith (late Patricia), and Edward Smith (Mary Alice); beloved Grandma to Katie Coffey Hughes (Will), Brian Coffey (Jenny), Kevin Coffey (Carissa), Marco Herrera, and Tess Herrera; Great Grandmother to Briana, Conor, Brayden, Liam, Emilia, Emmet, and Colin; beloved aunt and cherished friend to many. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, IL. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 12:30 p.m., at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Parish, 920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL. Betty will be laid to rest at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL.
