Andrew made his big debut into this world on July 12, 1984, at rest August 20, 2017. He is the cherished Son of the late Scott Manley & Kim (Greg) Behzad. Loving father of Devin. Brother of Korynn, Katrina & Paulie, Uncle of Bobby & Ja'Lexa. Grandson of Virginia & the late Herbert Manley, the late Sonny Parker and the late Lana Noonan. Fond nephew of countless Aunts & Uncles. Cousin to way too many. Cherished partner of Sylvia Barney. Andrew had a zest for life that was immeasurable. He lived life to its fullest with no bounds. Andrew always believed there is no such word as "Can't or won't" and we were given one life, we have to live it and make every moment count. Work Hard, Play Hard. He would draw everyone he met "in" with his crazy antics, huge personality, smile that lit up every room he walked into and his off beat silliness. He was an amazing artist, musical/lyrical wizard and clothing aficionado. He loved reading, rapping (beat boxing), drawing, designing clothes for his developing clothing line and just simply spending time with his family, which meant the world to him.
