Bleeker, Robert Christopher age 51, from Cary, IL (originally Chicago, formerly Cedar Lake, IN) passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.  Beloved husband of Deborah M. Kuehnle-Bleeker; dear son of Frederick J. Bleeker and late Diane M. Seiler, cherished brother of Michael J. Bleeker, and Cynthia (Ed) Duarte.  Adored by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and long-time friends.   Robert "Bob" grew up in Chicago's  Portage Park neighborhood. Graduated Carl Schurz HS, attended Drake University in Iowa and graduated from DePaul University in Chicago.  Rob was a proud Union Laborer for Local 4, LiUNA.  He was a good guy from Chicago.  Rob loved to laugh and he loved to share his stories.  Rob was a gregarious man and made the most of every day life.  He loved adventure.  His heart and soul were filled with kindness and joy.  He was the kind of guy you meet once and never forget.  He sometimes worked a little too hard, stayed up a little too late, got a little too too wild; he had so much to do and didn't want to miss anything.  He loved playing horseshoes, chess, music, sports, fishing, bonfires, full moons and star filled nights. He loved good food and warm becks beer.  Robert loved his land, his home, his life.
