Leo Ford was an incredible man, husband and father. His passing comes as a shock to me, as I can still picture him so full of laughter and life. He was a class act. Thank you Leo for always bringing out the best in others. You always were able to light up a room with your wit and charm. I will always cherish our time at Queen of Angels Comedy Nights. Thank you for sharing your talents with me.

Great memories of Leo from our Marquette days and briefly when he lived in Beverly. One of the most upbeat, humerous guys around, always smiling. We are so sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathy to Ann and the entire Ford family. Leo was the guy in high school that always made people feel connected, and valued. He truly did make an indelible mark on everyone. While we didn't stay in contact after high school, I can tell he carried that same love of life, respect for people and commitment to everything and everyone he met through-out his life. What a remarkable man. He will be missed by me and so many others.
Oh, and "Thanks Leo, for introducing me to Led Zeppelin - When the Levee Breaks. To this day, I think of you when I hear that song. May that song play for you in heaven, and bring a smile to your face.

Thank you for the beautiful words in this notice, words that tell all about the large and full life of Leo Ford. Leo was such a force and presence in this world. He left a lasting impression of joy and good humor on every one of us who were fortunate enough to be able to call him a friend. We will all miss him terribly. My heart goes out to Ann and Joe and James, and to Mary, Ann, Mike and Grace and all of his extended family and closest friends.

Ford family I send my heartfelt condolences. I remember Leo from St Mary's days. Always a funny guy. Not surprising all the comedy and acting he did. Great picture!

I would like his family to know that Leo will be sadly missed. My heart hurts for his family. We were not great friends in high school but he always said hi to me and when we talked, I always left with a smile on my face. He is a big loss to the class of '78. I am a 2 time cancer survivor and when I hear cancer takes a person from this earth, I pray safe travels to heaven where Leo will never feel pain again.
You have a wonderful angel to lookout for you. He will always be sending signs to let you know he is with you.
Good bye Leo my friend. You will not be forgotten.
