John Patrick O'Hara Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Catherine "Teresa" (nee Grady); loving father of Susan (Joe) Smith, Kenneth, Margaret and John G. (Kristin); proud and cherished grandfather of Ryan and Matthew Smith, Sam and Nick O'Hara, Nicole, Shannon and Brandon O'Hara; dear great-grandfather of Ardian, Rosalie and Kylie; dear brother of Sally Egan and many other deceased brothers and sisters; fond uncle to many. Native of Co. Leitrim, Ireland.
